Brady Calls on Congress to Protect Innocent Life

 Yesterday, I became the 64^th Republican to ask for unanimous consent for the House to consider the Born Alive Survivors Protection Act.
 

After Democrats blocked the request for the 64^th time, I released the following statement:

“Protecting infants who are born alive after an abortion procedure is about basic human decency – infants who survive an abortion deserve the right to the same medical care any other newborn receives. Last night, I became the newest voice to ask for Congress to protect the lives of innocent babies across the nation, but sadly my Democratic colleagues again blocked this request.”
