Happy New Year + 2023 Recap

In total, we completed 1,552 cases — assisting constituents with IRS issues, passport renewals, Veterans Affairs claims, Social Security checks, and so much more. I'm proud to have a top-notch casework team that is passionate about helping our fellow Texans!

We also welcomed five new counties to Texas' 10th district. I'm glad to represent Brazos, Burleson, Grimes, Madison, and Williamson counties and the people who make them great! To serve them and the rest of the district, we opened two offices this year.

My team and I also conducted 544 meetings across my district — with hundreds more in D.C. D.C. Update:

Over the past year, I introduced 155 pieces of legislation — bills to fight childhood cancer, stop the flow of fentanyl, prohibit and weaken Iranian terrorism efforts, condemn the Chinese Communist Party's nefarious activities, secure our southern border, and much more. 

I was also once again ranked by the Center for Effective Lawmaking as one of the top 10 most effective lawmakers in the House of Representatives — and the number one most effective Republican from Texas.

This year, I'll continue fighting for the issues that matter most to our state, including border security, limited government spending, and greater economic freedom. I look forward to serving each of you this year and am wishing you a Happy New Year and a blessed 2024.
