Former Houston City Council Member Toni Lawrence Speaks Out Against Proposition 1 (video)

Former Houston City Council Member Toni Lawrence speaks out against the Proposition 1 issue on the ballot today for voters in the City of Houston.  Citing the lack of public hearings and the open checkbook nature of the proposal, Ms. Lawrences said she will be voting AGAINST PROPOSITION 1!  I hope you will join her to StopPROP1!
