Rep. Van Duyne condemns Hamas terrorist attacks on Israel, calls for freezing Iranian assets

Congresswoman Beth Van Duyne issued the following statement condemning the Hamas terrorist attacks against Israel and reaffirming America's longstanding support for Israel to defend herself:

"There will be tough days and weeks ahead for the State of Israel and the Israeli people as they undertake a necessary mission to eliminate the murderous terrorists of Hamas who launched unprovoked attacks, slaughtering civilians this past weekend. The United States must be unwavering and resolute in our conviction to stand with Israel throughout these critical military operations. We should simultaneously freeze all Iranian assets, impose immediate sanctions, and send an unequivocal message that any further aggression by Hamas or Hezbollah will result in destructive consequences for Iran."
