The shooter who killed 26 people in a Texas Baptist church on Sunday reportedly escaped from a New Mexico mental health facility in 2012. The Republican tax proposal is now public and while the overall plan will prove beneficial to the economy many challenges remain. The individual tax rates will lower middle class taxes by doubling standard deductions and lowering marginal tax rates overall for individuals. This 23rd Conference of the Parties of the UN Climate Change treaty is different than others I’ve attended since 1997 in Kyoto, Japan.
