GOP Offers DACA Solution, Democrats Threaten Shutdown

Issues: 

On the Senate floor, I urged my Democrat colleagues to return to working with Republicans toward a solution for DACA recipients ahead of the President’s March 2018 deadline. 

Republicans on the Senate Judiciary Committee offered an initial proposal which our Democratic colleagues rejected out of hand.
