Welcoming Scott Brown To The U.S. Senate!

Senator Scott Brown will be sworn in on the Senate floor today. I issued the following statement welcoming him to the U.S. Senate.

Today I welcome my newest colleague Senator Scott Brown to the United States Senate. His arrival in the U.S. Senate is significant both for the people of Massachusetts and the legislative process in Washington. I look forward to working with him to achieve real reforms across the board – from reining in wasteful spending to protecting our nation from terrorists and bringing down health care costs for all Americans.
