From the people who ensured the destruction of the U.S. auto industry (i.e., unions), you know, OUR co-stockholders in GM and Chrysler, comes the Orwellian named "Employee Free Choice Act."

The conventional wisdom has declared "card check" and the abolition of the secret ballot to be dead.

The move to bring "card check" to a workplace near you is afoot.  But, even if that particular aspect of the EFCA fails, the alternatives are not much better. Read the National Review Online article.
