Congressman Keith Self to Host 2024 Congressional Veteran Commendation Ceremony
Congressman Keith Self is proud to host the 2024 Congressional Veterans Commendation Ceremony on Monday, November 11th from 1:00pm – 3:00pm at the Collin College Conference Center located at 2400 Community Avenue, McKinney TX, 75071. During the event, exceptional veterans in Texas’ Third Congressional District will be recognized.
“Over the course of my 25 years of service in the U.S. Army, I stood alongside many of America’s finest, and I know firsthand the sense of duty and courage it takes to uphold the highest traditions of our military,” said Congressman Keith Self. “I look forward to honoring this year’s awardees from TX-03. Celebrating these men and women is a powerful tribute to their service and a reminder of their vital role in protecting the freedoms we cherish as Americans.”
The Congressional Veteran Commendation is a nationwide program recognizing both the military service and the community service of veterans. The nominated honorees are outstanding Americans who served our country as former members of the United States Armed Forces (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Space Force, and Coast Guard).
