U.S. House Energy & Commerce Republicans Advance Reconciliation Package

This past week, I participated in the House Energy and Commerce Committee's full committee markup to advance President Trump's agenda through the 'One, Big, Beautiful Bill.' Despite more than twenty-six hours of Democrat distractions, falsehoods, and baseless debate, Energy and Commerce Republicans stayed focused on delivering real, commonsense results for the American people. 

Once signed into law, this transformative package will put an end to wasteful spending on radical Green New Deal-style programs, unleash American energy dominance to support the rapid innovation of American industry, and preserve and protect Medicaid for the eligible, vulnerable Texans and Americans who truly need it. It also expands rural connectivity through smart spectrum policy while safeguarding our national security interests.
