Say No To a Balanced Budget Amendment

I dare say that all conservatives favor balanced budgets. However, a Constitutional Amendment would not stop the big spenders in Congress. A BBA WOULD MERELY GIVE THE BIG SPENDERS A CONSTITUTIONAL EXCUSE TO RAISE OUR TAXES EVEN HIGHER. Can you imagine what our taxes would be if Congress had to balance the multi-trillion dollar deficit??? <:-O
