Is "Anonymous" behind the Occupy Wall Street protests, and who or what is Anonymous anyway? Brandon Darby explains.

Anonymous is a "hacktivist" group, that is, hackers + activists, that have also been described as an anarchic, chaotic, global brain or internet-based superconsciousness. Recently Anonymous hacked into several different police databases and leaked sensitive personal data, among them passwords, names, addresses, phone numbers and social security numbers of several police departments and associations, apparently in support of the Occupy Wall Street movement. They have also claimed credit for attacking child pornography sites, taking them down and exposing names of pedophile users.

Andrew Breitbart's BigGovernment.com has picked up on a newly-discovered video showing New York Times reporter Natasha Lennard speaking in a left-wing Occupy Wall Street discussion group.

In the video, Lennard is seen participating as a featured speaker in a discussion among anarchists, communists, and other radicals as they examine the theory, strategy and tactics of the Occupy protests.

Reverend Billy Ray Robinson, the President of the Jasper Area Chapter of the NAACP, was arrested Friday in connection with the drug arrest of his son Billy Robinson Jr., who was caught with drugs and a large amount of cash in a school zone.
