Because of a very loud noise from a small number of people, leftist groups like FAIR, NumbersUSA, ALIPAC, CIS and a radicalized minority of the Republican Party have been able to join forces to create a virtual amnesty for illegal aliens living in the United States. The loud noise they have created has paralyzed Congress and consumed the time of state legislators across the nation who have to contend with these noisemakers. Groups like FAIR, NumbersUSA and the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS) have long worked to deepen and widen a wedge between conservative Hispanic citizens and the Republican Party. We have long said that President Barack Obama has done little more than pay lip service to the interests of Hispanic voters in America. His latest announcement of the mini-DREAM Act, guest worker program, is pure election year pandering. Now the mainstream media may actually be seeing through the President's facade and revealing who he really is - President Obama: Deporter-in-Chief.

Health and Wellness doctor and political activist, Dr. Steve Hotze, was recognized by Houston based Republican Hispanic Citizens in Action (RHCIA) this week for his efforts on behalf of Conservative Hispanic voter outreach. Dr. Hotze spoke to the RHCIA Tuesday night and outlined his "sensible" plan for immigration reform. The certificate of appreciation was presented by RHCIA Acting-President, immigration attorney and TexasGOPVote blogger, Linda Vega.
Hotze used the opportunity to talk about how Democrats use immigration as a wedge issues to separate Conservative Hispanics from voting Republican where their natural values tend to align.
Racism raises its ugly head at the most interesting times. Saturday, June 11 in Austin, the founder of the Immigration Reform Coalition of Texas (IRCOT) and Women on the Wall, Rebecca Forest told a sparsely attended group of protesters that there are just too many Hispanics in the Texas Legislature. Is this the voice of those who support legislation like State Senator Tommy Williams' so-called "Sanctuary Cities" bill (SB 9), a bill which has somehow become a "catch-all" for all the anti-immigration bills that didn't make it during regular session? Are they really anti-illegal immigration or are they just anti-immigration, or worse yet, anti-Hispanic?
