What Adryana Boyne’s Primary Race could mean to the Texas GOP

Adryana Boyne’s primary race in Texas State House District 102 has drawn national and statewide attention. She will be the second Hispanic Republican woman to serve in the Texas State House. She has a long history of political activism in Texas and nationally, including experience in articulating, lobbying for and defending conservative values and policies, in Spanish and in English.

Texas will be majority Hispanic by the year 2020. The GOP has a pressing need to find bilingual spokespersons who can help Americans of every background and language understand that our GOP values are the values many Hispanics and other Americans already embrace. Being bilingual, in combination with holding a long record of defending and standing up for conservative values, makes Adryana uniquely qualified to serve not only the voters of District 102, but to serve the longer term goal of spreading the Republican message to the next generation of voters and immigrants.

The interview below is a short but powerful exchange where you can hear her heart and her passion for the values that make Texas great.
