Bible Thumpers Of The World Unite!

You have likely heard about Bill O’Reilly’s “Bible Thumper” comment. I personally gave it very little thought, but my Lutheran preacher, Dr. Laurence L. White could not ignore it. His response is below.

Reverend White is one of the most effective speakers in the country on protecting the unborn. Of course I am biased, he is my pastor!

If you are interested in what he has to say, please feel free to share it with as many people as you desire.

My prayer is that God will not give up on America, and that Christians will unite!   Read more »

Texas Senators AWOL!

"Lead, follow, or get out of the way" is great advice for any wanna-be leader, especially those we worked so hard to elect!

When it comes to immigration reform, Senators Cornyn and Cruz should be involved! Texas shares a 1,200 mile border with Mexico and is home to at least 2 million illegal immigrants. Yet, both Senators Cornyn and Cruz are AWOL.

Ted Poe Makes Me Proud!

Republican Congressman Ted Poe has stepped into the gauntlet! I have known Ted Poe since his days as a criminal court judge in Harris County. I love to call him “Judge.” Please read Ted Poe's article in Politco "To start immigration reform, study Texas solution". Then forward it to other members of the Texas Delegation and ask them to get on the train and support Ted Poe! Texas Republicans have a sensible solution, it is appropriately named the Texas Solution!

With Ted Poe, Republicans can be the leaders on sensible immigration reform! The time is now!   Read more »

Texas Republicans Have the Answer!

In June 2012, the largest state Republican convention in the country overwhelmingly approved a sensible immigration plank. It is known as the Texas Solution. Texas Republicans are no longer willing to kick the can down the road. They want Congress to adopt a solution, and they have offered an outline. Now Congress needs to act!   Read more »

Less Than a Week to Go!

The election is one week away. The media is focused on how Hurricane Sandy is going to affect politics, but I cannot get the deeds of two men, named Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty, out of my mind.

If you have not heard the names of these two men, I hope to remedy that with this post. Tyrone and Glen were American "contractors" working in Libya the night of September 11th, 2012. Both were former Navy SEALs and they were in Libya working for the CIA, tracking dangerous shoulder-fired surface to air missiles and making sure they did not fall into the wrong hands.

Republicans vs Democrats: There is a Difference!

Latinos are the fastest growing segment of our society. This year alone, more than 600,000 Latinos born in the USA will celebrate their 18th birthday and will become eligible to vote!

Most of them are Catholic. Most of them want to work, and are not looking for a Democratic handout!

This comparison of Republicans vs. Democrats makes it very clear who they should vote for! Please reproduce this comparison and show it to every person you know!   Read more »

AN IMMIGRATION POLICY SOLUTION: “ID ’em and TAX ’em”

My name is Norman E. Adams. Texans for Sensible Immigration Policy is a coalition formed to offer a “sensible” solution to our immigration problem. Americans overwhelmingly oppose deportation of nonviolent immigrants. However, they all agree we must know who is entering the country and who is here!

Most people agree that a controlled flow of identified and taxed immigrant workers can be a good thing. A positive Identification of everyone will help us secure our borders and manage our labor needs.   Read more »
